1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to manadototo. This platform is operated by Manadototo Holdings and can be accessed via the official website at manadototo.vu and our official mobile app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and manadototo.

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the manadototo platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Manadototo operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our platform is specifically designed to provide a safe, fair, and responsible online gaming experience for eligible users in Malaysia and approved regions.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the manadototo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of account registration.
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Has never been declared mentally incompetent by any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Is not currently subject to any unresolved bankruptcy proceedings.
• Has never been banned or suspended from the manadototo platform previously.

Manadototo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a minor is found to have used the platform, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be confiscated at manadototo's discretion. This is a serious protective measure and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at manadototo at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Valid bank account or eWallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. manadototo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party where such access occurred due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits & Payments

Manadototo supports a variety of fast and secure deposit methods for members in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other major local banks.

Deposit requirements are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from an account or eWallet registered under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your manadototo account within 1 to 5 minutes depending on the selected payment method.
• Manadototo does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any suspicious deposits may be temporarily held pending a compliance review.

Funds deposited into a manadototo account are strictly for gaming purposes on this platform. These funds do not accrue interest, and manadototo does not act as a licensed financial institution in this regard.

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Winnings earned through gameplay on manadototo may be claimed via the established withdrawal process. manadototo takes pride in its track record of fast and reliable payout of winnings to all members.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for the majority of cases after verification is complete.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC (identity verification) process before it can be approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same member's name.
• Manadototo reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for compliance purposes.

If any discrepancy or technical error results in incorrect wins being credited, manadototo reserves the right to rectify the situation upon completion of an investigation. Wins obtained as a result of a system error are not considered valid.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Manadototo offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, weekly bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement of its own that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement is typically between 5x to 30x of the bonus value received, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Manadototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Credited bonuses that remain unused within the period of 30 days will expire automatically without any compensation. Members are advised to check the expiry date of each bonus in their account section.

7 Game Rules

All games on the manadototo platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by internationally accredited bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random and fair with no manipulation.

• Game results displayed on screen are final and binding once the round is completed.
• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the manadototo system will record the last game state and restore your session once the connection is re-established.
• The Live Casino section is operated by real professional dealers in real time, and all sessions are recorded for audit purposes.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds offered at the time the bet is placed. Manadototo reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Manadototo reserves the right to halt or suspend any game for technical maintenance with reasonable minimum notice.

In the event of a technical error or system failure during gameplay, manadototo will investigate the incident and make a fair decision based on saved system log records. manadototo's decision in such matters is final.

8 Account Security & KYC Process

The security of member accounts is manadototo's top priority. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of all parties.

Documents that may be required for the KYC process include:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• A screenshot or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

All KYC documents submitted will be stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with the manadototo Privacy Policy. They will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Manadototo members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on this platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a false identity or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through this platform.
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotions offered.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other members.

Manadototo employs advanced fraud detection systems and works with payment providers to identify and prevent suspicious activity. Any violation of this clause may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Manadototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior warning under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any transactions.

If an account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of terms, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member once all reviews are complete. If the closure is due to a terms violation, manadototo reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the manadototo support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 working days.

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, manadototo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Losses arising from valid and fair game outcomes based on a certified RNG system.
• Actions of third parties, including independent payment providers or game providers.

12 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Manadototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-account notifications when you log in to the platform.
• Email to your registered address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• A clear notice on the manadototo homepage.

Continued use of the manadototo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration.
